After a year of being off work, Eli is schooling first and second and is a blast to ride. A solid citizen, he
works to please, has 3 beautiful gaits. He has recently spent 3 months with a trainer to bring him back
into fitness and he is ready to go to a new home! He trailers superbly (Slant, straight or free), stands
for farrier, clipping, grooming and will even get his feet ready to be cleaned out! Loves being out at
pasture, but can be stalled with regular exercise. A real barn favorite. He may be developing a touch of
arthritis in his hocks (which we have injected and started him on supplements to help him - he needs a
longer warm-up and we wanted to give him all the help he needs). He has been x-rayed sound in the
last year. He has also been popped over some jumps and likes it!

He needs regular work, and current owner does not have the time. Although he has the temperament
for a beginner, he would be happier with a rider who has enough experience to keep him round and
moving correctly.
